How to Join

Our Membership year starts in January and subscriptions are currently £20 per person, though there may be concessions if you join part way through the year. Key points are:-

You may join on line by completing the application form below or, if you prefer, you may click the link further down for a printer friendly form that you may bring with you to the next meeting.

If you join on line you will get an automated message almost immediately to confirm your application form has been transmitted. Janet Bagguley, our Membership Secretary, will give a personal reply in due course but please do not worry if this takes a little longer to arrive - you are in the system!

You may pay by cash, cheque or electronic transfer.

  • If you pay by cash or cheque you may bring this with you to the next meeting. Janet's acknowledgement will confirm the amount due and cheques should be made payable to Axminster Art Society.
  • If you pay by telephone or internet banking Janet's acknowledgement will include details of the Society's bank account.

We like to avoid postage charges where possible - yours and ours - which is why we suggest you bring cash or cheque payments along to the next meeting you attend, and why we hold your membership card until then. However, if you particularly want the card earlier we do ask you to let Janet have a stamped addressed envelope. If you choose this option Janet's acknowledgement will include the address to which you should send it.
